Customer Service

We take customer service very seriously at Oil City Pickups, and if you have difficulties or questions about our products please phone or e mail us. We are always happy to talk technical details, and you will always speak to someone who will actually have built, or be building your pickups … not a receptionist!

Because we are a tiny company we can’t always respond to questions on social media at once, we simply don’t have the staff available. We always endeavour to answer e mail queries within 24 hours, usually it’s much quicker.
